An ice cream recipe!

this is from my bff's blog:
"i made such awesome vanilla ice cream!!! we made it the old fashion way which is just my defenition of without an ice cream maker or anything fancy lik that.
Ingredients:

• 14 oz condensed milk (1 can)
• 1 cup water (this may be hard to find... hehehe)
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1 pint heavy whipping cream (haha, everything on the list starts w/ 1!!!)

so to make it, just mix everything in a bowl and put a pan (or keep in bowl but pan is best) in the  freezer. While it is freezing, check on it every 15-30 min and stir and scrape the edges. do this until frozen or however u want it. if u want coffee ice cream, add 1 cup of coffee instead of vanilla and it u want peppermint, just add peppermint extract instead of vanilla. u can also experiment and make ur own flavors!
